Time, time, Time

Thursday, July 11, 2013

ugh I wish time would go by faster, i think..lol When I get home after work and I get my workout in( 35 mins toning 35 mins cardio), mentally im ready for bed, lol. Reason being Is I know that tomorrow i get to burn some more of these extra pounds off. I know it has not even been a full 3 weeks yet and I just wantt to fast forwardt to week 8 or even week 12. I know this whole thing is a process and that when you lose wieght the right way(slowly) your skin retracts back so you dont have all this lose skin, so Im trying to be positive but im just ready for these few extras to be gone already, lol.

I do feel better now that i got to vent,lol... so i should be good for another two weeks...until then keep it active and keep it clean!!

Don't wish your time away - appreciate every day you have.
Great that you have a treadmill. I have a stationary bike. It sure makes things easier than going to gym or facing bad weather.
Have you seen any of Spark's videos? They have some good exercise ones. i especially make use of the seated ones, since i deal with arthritis.
Blessings on this journey to a healthy lifestyle.
