175 today on scale

been a little light headed if I don't eat enough in morning. I really need to make sure I have the bars with me if I go out. I will switch the program to a 4 and 2 four medifast meals and two lean and greens when I get into the 60's. Its one and a half months and I have gone from 188 to 175 thirteen pounds of fat gone. I HOPE ITS ALL FAT and not that precious muscle
