Changing videos

I am having to change some of the instructions on my workout videos and the ones on the spark people website. Since I have only one leg at this time, there are a lot of exercises I cannot do. I am working on making them work for me. Every little step is a step in the right direction, emoticon

    I believe there is a chair exercise group on Spark, like the program "sit and be fit" from years ago. Not that you will be needing that soon enough. Thank you for the progress reports.

    Yes it is!!! What a great attitude! emoticon I have both legs and have had 11 knee surgeries so I adopt the exercises sometimes. I can't wait for you to get your prosthetic. Enjoy your day! emoticon emoticon
