I have been following my plan, tracking and planning my meals, staying at about 1400 calories, walking in evenings and I did one of my 2 scheduled 10 minute Kickboxing videos so far this week.
I weighed in today and I lost 6 pounds! I know that a lot of that was bloat from the weekend but at least 2 pounds of that is true weight loss so I'm stoked. I'm moving on with my plan and just taking it day by day. Its a nice boost to see the numbers going down instead of up! Yeah, ME!
