Sheesh. Long time no blog. I've still been sparking on and off... The SP app for Iphone has made it oh so much easier for sure. That barcode scanner thing? AMAZING. I'm tracking more consistently these days too what with the quitting smoking and all. I don't want to start cramming my face full of junk everytime I crave a smoke. So far so good.


My scale broke. So I have no idea how much I'm weighing right now. lol I guess I'll have to make a trip to Target this weekend.


Good news. BF and I signed up for the Warrior Dash in September. And I'm talking totally committed bought and paid for. It's in the STL area on Saturday September 28th and we are in the 3:00 wave. I did some running on Monday... 5 miles to be exact... But unfortunately I overdid it a little and I have a minor foot/ankle injury that's kept me off the cardio train for a couple of days. Hopefully I'm back at it by this weekend.
