Day 5 Better Sleep Challenge

I have been managing to stick to my set bedtimes and have even moved my goal earlier this week (initially 10pm, now 9.30pm). For now though I am still trying to decide about a wake up time. I had initially thought 6am but I may change this to 6.30am again. I really haven't been feeling well the last few days so its difficult to know how much of my exhaustion is illness related and how much is due to lack of sleep. I think I will let myself recover properly before I set a wake up time but I am happy with 9.30pm as a sleep time. Also skipped exercise today because of not feeling well which gave me the extra half hour to sleep in. Once I am well again I will need to decide whether I am going to wake up at 6am and exercise before work or exercise after work and get up half an hour later (fortunately I only work until 2pm so can finish exercise a good few hours before bed even if I do it after work.)
