I've been a member of sparkpeople for a long time. In 2011 I discovered MyFitnessPal and switched over there for my food tracking. I've been working hard off and on since I was last here. I've lost down to 204, and right now I've gained back up to 226. I had to leave England after a 3 month visit with my husband so we could start working and saving for my spousal visa, and I've been struggling so much with getting back on it. My exercise and healthy eating are very spotty and I can't seem to get my mind right. I started out at 242 pounds in 2010, lost down to 200 in 2011, and I've been bouncing between 204 and 220 ever since. My current weight is the biggest I've been in a long time. I can't let this spiral and get back up to the 230's. I've got to calm down and start over. It's just hard.
