Two days. Two mornings getting up early, NOT going back to sleep, putting in the DVD, and moving. I did not go all out. I'm not even sure I really broke a sweat. But I got my butt out of bed and did a workout DVD. I CAN say this morning wasn't as hard to finish as yesterday. I was a little less stiff. A little less winded and achy. And I didn't spend EVERY 30 seconds watching the clock. And that's only on Day 2. It was only 30 minutes, but it's something.
