Morning workout Day 2

Two days. Two mornings getting up early, NOT going back to sleep, putting in the DVD, and moving. I did not go all out. I'm not even sure I really broke a sweat. But I got my butt out of bed and did a workout DVD. I CAN say this morning wasn't as hard to finish as yesterday. I was a little less stiff. A little less winded and achy. And I didn't spend EVERY 30 seconds watching the clock. And that's only on Day 2. It was only 30 minutes, but it's something.

    This is great! I've just moved and I'm still getting settled, but I'm looking forward to creating a wonderful routine. Gonna get up early enough for yoga in the morning, and maybe even a walk/run before work...just doing it is doing it, and that's what counts!!!

    I feel the same way. Looking forward to working out being a habit. It's good that you are less stiff and achy- and it's all about the health. There will always be someone else out there that does more- but we have to do what is best for ourselves.

    It is more than something!!! It is GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You are on your way to a wonderful habit, and you will find that you will actually look forward to doing it because you will feel so much better the rest of the day. WAY TO GO! emoticon
