Having a bit of trouble controlling my food.

I am having a little bit of a problem controlling my food. I came home last night from work knowing I had nothing in the house to eat. So I stopped off at Walgreens to pick up whole grain bread which they did have and I thought I would pick up some protein bars and have one in the morning before I went swimming. Well, tried one last night and the rest didn't make it to morning. I tracked it all and now have calories left for about one more meal today. The truth comes out. I bought them full well knowing that even though the claims on the package stated full nutrition they most likely and did have decent amount of sugar in them. A my weakness is sugar. I will know better next time not to trust myself with protein bars. Can't eat just one. Lesson learned again. Today I want to go out and buy a food scale and different kind of dry roasted nut to make my own low carb, high protein, sugar free trail mix for work. Because I have to get in the habit of eating a small meal every 4 hours at work. And I usually never eat anything during a 12hour shift. Thanks, Cheers, Keith
