Still going strong

I am feeling a whole lot better. Following the 100 to the letter. Yes, I did have substitute foods for others, i.e., fish instead of beef, lite beer instead of wine. No cravings for sweets though.

Overall, was able to do an exercise without keeling over. Have energy. Having my tea in the morning without sugar is good. I don't miss the sugar. Drinking water like crazy. Heat was unbearable.

I am going to have to find some recipes for the fall and winter because eating salad everyday, is a bit much. I do add variety though.

I feel good and I'm looking forward to a successful month.
