My fitness partner and I were pretty tired after class today so instead of our laps at the pool we did a lot of stretching and chatting about "our plan". Right now "our plan" does not exist. We try to do as much as we can with the little time we have to work out. Neither one of us is really working toward anything fitness wise. I feel like I could run a 5K with very little effort and do well. A 10k would probably be pushing my limits, but I don't know that I want to run an hour or train for one. I like SWEAT too much.
So today we decided:
M, W, F, run, SWEAT abs
T, R, spin, SWEAT swim
Sa-spin, POWER, Torque
Sun. something for fun ( I like the idea of practicing certain skills I know I need to work on: pull ups, box jumps, rope climb would be nice too:)
I feel a lot better about the structure instead of just going balls to the wall without any real purpose. This also seems a little more manageable for when school starts in a few short weeks.

1365.50 miles for the year!
