I woke up today, and weighed myself. I was down .2 lbs to 219.0. I washed some dishes, and started cooking breakfast ( mushroom omelette ), and then re-weighed myself, hoping for a better number. Same weight emoticon

I only drank about 50 ozs of water yesterday, so I may have been hoping for a bigger drop? So I went to look at my blog from last Friday, and saw that I am down 1.6 lbs. since then, so I can still lose 2 lbs this week, which isn't bad, especially with a hospital stay. So now I am feeling a bit better emoticon

I went on a 30 minute walk today around the apt. complex ( 8 laps ), and had no shortness of breath,or chest pains. I did wake up with a little back pain, but it went away, and I now think I know why, thanks to WOUBBIE. As G.I. Joe said " Knowing is half the battle ". So I feel a little bit better emoticon

I have lunch cooked , and only have to cook dinner. I rotate which meal I cook, and cook a double serving, so today I cook today's and tomorrow's dinner. Yesterday I coooked yesterday's, and today's lunch. This way I only have to cook breakfast and one meal a day. I have almost nothing else to do today. My brother works 11-5, so I am stranded here, and will probably just read some, and relax. Today is going to be 78, and partly sunny, which makes me feel much better emoticon

    Glad you're feeling so much better! And on being down. Better than me this week, I still have 2 whole days.

I cooked a bit ahead myself today. I get to count it as productivity in the July challenge and will get a emoticon . Wishing you a emoticon also.

    Glad you're feeling better physically and about the weight loss. I myself from the looks of it may not get a big number this week but I am losing. I won't know til tomorrow what the actual number is. I'm starting to think my goal of 199.9 by August 1st may be a bit lofty. Lol. I cook ahead as well. Except it won't be an entire meal, but just the meat part. I'll take a pound of ground turkey and cook 4 burgers from it and eat one that day and freeze the rest, etc. I had a mushroom omelette today too! I had mine w/ cheddar cheese and white onion. It was yummy but I couldn't finish all of it so it will be a snack later. :) Glad you're feeling positive about everything.

    All loses are a great thing. Don't set your expectations so high that you get disappointed and give up. You are doing great! emoticon
