Wednesday - Herbalife24 Fit DVD
I did this workout when I got up in the morning before going to work. I don't always like getting up, but on days like yesterday, I know that if I didn't do it in the morning, the workout wouldn't have gotten done. It was the Phase 1-Shoulder Stabilization. I am thinking the next time I do that video though, I might have to move up to 3 lb weights.
I was a bit over my calorie range for the day.
I got 8+ glasses of water in for the day.
Day 3 of 3 for the week for workouts!
