Spoke to the BCBS coach yesterday

Was telling my phone coach from BCBS yesterday about my struggles of staying in my calorie range. Still making recipes from the Spark Solution, still watching my portions but somehow I am still going over. Mainly seems to be night eating. although it is now almonds versus potato chips it is still calories. He reminded me that I need to visualize and track the deficit of exercise to calories. If I shoot for a deficit of 500 calories a day, this would make it a pond lost per week. If I eat 1400-1500 calories and at least walk 10,000 steps per day, this would be a 500-600 deficit.

I plan to visualize this daily and work to track the calorie deficit.

    The health plan blue cross blue shield has health care coaches. I often get stuff in the mail that I toss but about 9 months ago, I actually read one of the newsletters and It is part of the health care program. Great to have the additional voice and person to bounce questions off of.
