Was telling my phone coach from BCBS yesterday about my struggles of staying in my calorie range. Still making recipes from the Spark Solution, still watching my portions but somehow I am still going over. Mainly seems to be night eating. although it is now almonds versus potato chips it is still calories. He reminded me that I need to visualize and track the deficit of exercise to calories. If I shoot for a deficit of 500 calories a day, this would make it a pond lost per week. If I eat 1400-1500 calories and at least walk 10,000 steps per day, this would be a 500-600 deficit.
I plan to visualize this daily and work to track the calorie deficit.
