Reluctant photo...

Thursday, July 11, 2013

The idea of my photos of my food this month is to inspire myself to creat beautiful healthy plates - yesterday I had to pack a box to bring with me and it is not appetizing so I am very reluctant to put it on the page... what is mor important with this selfmade assignment - to post a photo or to make the beautiful meals..? I will post this phot but today is the same thing - going to take the girls to a "waterland" for fun bathing all day and will have to bring my food in a box - I will try to make a bento box because I canīt stand to produce those uninteresting photos...anyway food yesterday:

Tunafish salad with eggs, cucumber and lettuce - and a spoon of mayonaaise. Very nice!

Healthy eating! You're doing great and the pix are great. Don't be so hard on yourself, the pixs are coming out great and interesting. Bravo! emoticon

The combo of ingredients sounds yummy. Makes me want to fix tuna tomorrow. The taste is what really matters! emoticon

The proof is in the eating.....

emoticon A lot of my most Delicious Meals don't look like much. I remember taking Mom to a Cajun Restaurant once and warning her after we ordered, "It won't look very 'Pretty' when it comes out. But it will taste Fantastic." Later she told me that it was a Good Thing that I Warned her, LOL!
The Taste and Nutrition is Much More Important than how the Plate looks, I think.

Some of my most nutritious meals are not necessarily beautiful. The Tuna and egg salad looks "tasty". Packing "to go" meals is a challenge; enjoy your day. You have done a beautiful job photographing your plated food at home!

I can imagine it tasted good. I hear that to photograph food in a an attractive way is an art in itself so you did quite well so far. I see four entries calles 'Teenager in the house' - I want to reply to one of them but which one?
