Wow! My last two weeks in June and my first week in July were a disaster.
Ok. Let's not dwell on this because there is work to do.

Read this article today that you can't really be successful unless your routine ie. diet is not one that can be maintained anywhere and for ever. Well, one thing about my surroundings. There is NO WAY to maintain a healthy diet in this country. Wherever you go you will be fed white bread and that's the foundation for my disaster. I must under all circumstances avoid this as it instantly creates a downward spiral of hunger and more unhealthy eating (especially if nothing else is offered).

but that aside I am my own woman now that I quit this demanding and over-stressed job. I am still living under the UNREAL pressure that I have to do something! But in reality, I don't need to go anywhere and can step on the elliptical whenever I want!

So here the July routine:
Hitting elliptical for 5 days a week and working up to 40 minutes on it by July 15.
Adding strength 3 times and stretches naturally every day.
The goal - losing at least 6 pounds by the end of July.

for good.
