Woop, quick update!

Plyo Cardio Circuit = workout today. I took my sweet time getting ready for it, but had good results while doing it.

Big thing to note was how well the warm up went. Barely took any breaks, and when I was a few steps in place, and then right back to it.

Still trying hard not to get down on myself. It's time to enjoy the success on the scale today, as well as my success in general with the program so far. Technically 1/6 of the way done. Way to go!
