I hit a bump have not stayed on diet trying to get back on course down 60 pounds but gained back 5 this week

    You can get back on track! You have lost 60lbs, so you know what you need to do!

Mistakes happen, slip ups occur - it doesn't have to be the end of the world. Just the beginning of a fresh start. We're all works in progress....

Pick yourself up - dust yourself off - and start back into doing what works for you!

  Good for you for catching yourself now. You can make it just a bump and not a deep pit you have to climb out of.
