Did Better Today...

I didn't get any exercise in today, but I made much better food choices & had many, many glasses/bottles of water. I tracked my food & I was below all my ranges. That pleased me, after my horrific eating yesterday. It's getting late & one of my goals is to be IN bed by 11:00. so that I can get up early & exercise before it gets too hot. I SO appreciate the many supportive comments from so many of my SP friends...Take care & have a good week...
