1. Short day.
2. No phone temptations today.
3. Actually had some freggies.
4. Made it through a 60 minute Combat video. That included circle pushups. Yeah. Circle pushups. I have to do em on my knees, but those suckers are DONE.
5. Tomorrow off.
6. I added that Shakeology supplement to my daily routine, and I really do have less sugar cravings. I was really quite skeptical, but I think it helps.
7. My weighted gloves rock. And make me feel like a bada$$.
8. Actually had a productive meeting, and the horrid boss was reasonable.
9. Our new schedules start next week, and I get at least 4 hours of overtime every check now!
10. Clementines. Yum.
