Starting at my own pace

Today I was off from work and it was relatively stress free. I always enjoy that.
In terms of my health I don't have anything that just begs to be told tonight. I'm on track with my water goal (16 day spark streak!
I also did about 20 minutes of exercise today. I'm always a little fuzzy on how the warm up and cool down count. I've been including it in the time I enter. I've actually been doing some 10 minute workouts and it helps. I don't feel pressured to get a long workout in and it's letting me start into exercising at my own pace. So far this week I've been enjoying myself and I'm really proud that I'm exercising.
