Ate in range
Drank enough water
Still had calf cramps, so no exercise except stretching.
Joined a global corporate challenge team. I will soon starting tracking my activity with a pedometer!

Back to the bike on Thursday before workI have a 400 mile goal to reach this month!

    Best thing to do is use that step counter, it makes me move. (when I remember to charge it) Great job , keep it up!
