July Goals

Since I didn’t do very well with last month’s goals, I’ve spent some time thinking about what I should set for this month. Maybe I’m biting off more than I can handle in a single month. I’ve decided to pair my goals down things I really want to concentrate on and leave off anything that is a “nice if it happens and I have time” sort of things.

1. Do a minimum of 1250 minutes of exercise
• Join the 28-Day Boot Camp Challenge to help add other exercise to my routine to supplement all the walking I do

2. Lose 4 pounds
• Make a meal plan every weekend for the coming week
• Complete at least 15 minutes of exercise on Saturday and Sunday

3. Walk two 5Ks, at least virtually
• Scheduled 1st 5K for the week of 7/7-13
• Scheduled 2nd 5K for the week of 7/21-27

4. Walk 50 miles, that includes the treadmill, walking videos, and outside
