July Challenge - Day 10 - whoops I missed a day!

Well, the best laid plans...

I guess I didn't write a blog yesterday. Hmmm not sure how that happened...let's see...oversleep, run around frantically trying to get ready for Zumba and work, forget to pack shoes so wind up wearing hot pink sneakers with dress slacks and blouse at work all day, then get home, feed dog, feed self, go to yoga, then take dog for 2 miles walk, then go to bed and hopefully start all over the next day without the morning drama. I guess that's how that happened LOL!!! Hectic day but by golly I got my minutes in! I may not have blogged, but missing one day isn't a huge deal.

Today was better on the morning routine and clothing front, at least - no exercise class this morning so not quite as much to manage. Tonight's dinner was YUMMY! Red Pepper-Arugula Flank Steak Pinwheels and Grilled Romaine Salad:

I've been really good and have stayed in calorie range every day since July 2nd. I'm really hoping I can stick with it through the end of the month. It'll be challenging the last weekend, since I will be out of town. I may not be able to stay in range, but if I can at least not be too much over then I'll be happy!

Now time to take Peanut for a nice long walk. Hopefully it has dropped down below 100 degrees since the sun is setting. We'll see!
