A busy week and a half, no weight gained, but only .4 pound lost

Back and ready to get back to eating the foods that help me keep losing this weight. The meals were very healthy, but were based on a higher fat content than I was used to since starting here at SparkPeople. Since I am both diabetic and have high cholesterol and a low healthy body fat level I have been watching my fat intake as well as my calories. I was very active over the week, which helped keep my weight from climbing, but at the same time it was very hard on my knees. Today they are still aching, and I am finding that walking any distance is really bothering them. Of course this is making my walks almost non existent right now.
My plan for tomorrow is to walk to the falcon watch, a nice easy half hour walk of 1.34 miles. Once I am done I will see how my knees feel and if I have to, will take the bus home. I figure its better to do the walk before the falcon watch is done in case I have to do some walking around to locate the chicks, or run to rescue one of them. I can't let my knees stop me from getting the little bit of exercise that I can do these days. Not being able to do things at the gym is so frustrating, but I do not want to have to go back for more surgery because I didn't listen to the surgeon and lift more than 20 pounds.
