Nutrition/Activity Computation change in Spark

Wednesday, July 10, 2013

Here is the link to the new activity/nutrition changes in Spark. It will basically be an ongoing calories in/calories out computation. www.sparkpeople.com/blog

Today was the first day of this change. Apparently all new accounts will use this new system. All prior users have the option of changing to the new system or staying as is but if you change, you can not change back.

If the link doesn't work you can search using this:

calorie ranges based on fitness

I changed, and not sure I will be happy today, I did lots of exercise, zumba as well as walking 75 minutes anyway, it wants me to eat 2200 calories, and I can not lose weight eating 1200, what is the deal huh

Thank you! I think I'll be switching. I know the Fitbit does this already, but I rarely use that site for anything but downloading my data.
