Still smoke free!!! Tried a new hiit video yesterday. So motivated that i did it!!! Today i did 2 sets of 8 reps of: bicep curls,w curls, karate curls,tricep extensions,pull ups. Reverse curls,side lifts and planks. Feel great!!
