Do NOT try this at home!
Day 17 of the Spark Solution
Breakfast: Thin Sliced Bagel (a Spark swap) with Ricotta Cheese and Strawberry All Fruit , and a glass of chocolate milk
Exercise: 4 B.L. dvd walks, 1 with dumbbells and 1 with medicine ball…had to do it indoors cause it was sprinkling outside
Lunch: PB2 on wheat, water with pomegranate juice and lemons
Exercise: 90 walk during wrestling practice
Dinner: Inside Out Burger on a sandwich thin with red leaf lettuce & tomato salad. Instead of putting the onion slices inside the burger this time, I pureed them in the blender and stirred them into the meat. The burgers were super juicy, and my son didn’t even notice the onion this time. He declared them the best ever.
Exercise: Evening mile walk around the neighborhood with hubby.
Snack: Small ice cream cone of lite chocolate almond
My son asked what he could fix for himself for lunch that was “healthy”. He ended up fixing himself a giant salad, with a tortilla with a little bit of cheese melted on it. Now that is a real victory!
