Once in a while (and more often that I would like recently
I binge. I loose control and I fall for the emotional eating...
Does it make me feel better? No.
I know better but there are some moment where I feel like I just can't help it.
I will not list what I ate Monday night, hiding from everyone, but I can tell you that I had more than my calorie intake for the day in one episode.
So, for the last two days, I have been making up for it.
Here I want to share my last two dinners! It tasted great, it was filling and under 200 cal!
First - Last night I had a salad! (125 gr iceberg lettuce, 125 spinach, 1 onion, 1 serving of pineapple salsa - my recipe!!!, 60 gr tofu and a tsp balsamic vinegar) total: 181 cal
and tonight I made an Egg Noodle Salad with turkey ...
(my recipe does not take into account the meat - so you have to calculate separately - or just have it veggie way! Total: 181 cal (without turkey) and less than 2 gr of fat!
I feel better and ... my diet for the last two days has been great - I even reach my protein goals!
