"There may be pain in the night, but joy comes in the morning"

Wednesday, July 10, 2013

I've heard the Newsboys sing this song on the radio a few times lately. I just love the song! I heard it again tonight on my way home from work, and I actually rearranged my route home just to give the song time to finish! LOL The song reminds us that, while we go through pain, that doesn't have to be the end of it. Joy does come in the morning. A lot of us have gone through our share of difficult times where we may have wondered if we would make it through. I know I have been there. But looking back now, I did make it. And I did find joy again - I dare say even more joy than what I had before because I am now also joyful that I made it through the most difficult time of my life. You may be in a very trying part of life right now, but be encouraged that it won't last forever. You need to keep on keepin' on, and one day you will realize that you have found a reason to be joyful again.

Very cool post, it fits right into my philosophy on life...

When things get bad.....they will get worse
When things get worse and you think they can't get any worse....they will
When you are at the end of your rope and think "it really cannot get any worse" does...

But eventually it always gets better....this little o'philosophy has kept me going since I came up with it at 17.....I am now 41 and it still rings true.....

Oh and the old cliche....that which doesn't kill us, only makes us stronger...

Yes! Keep on keepn' on! The road won't always be smooth but we are tougher than we think and we can make it! Great message!
