Party is Over

So Monday (3 days ago), I finally hit that 199 goal I've been seeking for a very long time, years actually.... And I am proud! But today, the "celebrating" must stop and the hard work must continue on. Today I hosted a small get together for my best friend and I had cheesecake! It was a secret reward! I probably shouldn't have, but I wanted to. So I did. No regrets. It's just time to get things back on track 100%!

The party can live on, just not through my food intake or calorie count! emoticon


My goal I am concentrating on from this point is 2 pounds for the week! I want to weigh 197 come this Monday coming up.

I also skipped the gym today. I had been going so hard, my body truly needed a break. So that paired with the fact of having get where I am going!

But it's all good! I've never been known to be perfect, I've just been known to go after what I want. And I want to lose let's do the damn thang!!!!! Peace!

    Congrats on entering onederland!! I know that you can do it! I have hit my first goal and I see myself relaxing a little too much on the food and exercising. We can help each other out.
