Tornado/thunderstorm warnings in our area as well as flood warnings/flood warnings. There is already a lot of flooding in our area from the storm that blew in this morning. Many of the roads in Pittsburgh and surrounding areas are closed or impassible. It is much better now than it was during the morning rush hour. I think they received over two inches of heavy rain this morning in less than an hour. Many business and homes are flooded and people were rescued in boats, etc. Praying for all those affected by these storms in any way.
Hopefully all my friends and family remain safe during this crazy storm as it is hitting locally now. Jumping off to shut down my computer before it hits here.
We enjoyed a wonderful visit from my 18 year old grandson today. So glad that he stopped by as we don't see enough of him. He is still waiting to see what his new orders will be from the Marines.
Hope everyone had a super week ahead. ENJOY whatever life brings your way!!! Be sure to tell your loved ones how much they mean to you and give them a great big hug!!! We are never promised tomorrow and need to take advantage of every day!!!

ADDED: As a dear friend of mine (who lives about ten miles from us) posted on Facebook: "My heart aches for all of those folks who are dealing with flooding & storms north of Pittsburgh. That said, I selfishly hope it stays north of Pgh. I really don't want to deal with flooding again. 9 years since the last flood is not long enough, thanks, Mother Nature, but no thanks."
