Hmmm...SparkCoach has encouraged me to blog about how I might waste time in a day. My biggest "time suck" is definitely the internet. I could completely do without TV but I get pulled right into the internet every single day. I have recognized this as an issue long before now and I've developed some habits to help with this problem. I love "to-do" lists because they keep me focused and productive which in turn is uplifting to me. I have a day each week that I do nothing productive after work...usually Monday. :) Otherwise, I write my "to-do" list and do not sit down in front of the computer until after I've completed everything on my list. NOW I will include exercise as a "to-do".
