Written the first couple of days of July...***my July goals are to 1)continue my progress to getting below 160, 2) have fun during my progress getting below 160, and specifically, to continue with my goal of 1500 minutes of fitness per month.
So, how am I doing?
I weighed in at 164. 6# this morning!
I am getting closer to that "below 160" mark.
As for 1500 minutes of fitness for the month, I am at 607 today - the 10th - so if I continue at this rate, I should make 1500 minutes.
My "new" bike has really helped me to increase my fitness minutes, partly because I enjoy riding it so much, and also because it gives my foot a rest.
So this is my "1/3 of the month done" update!
