Ok, I know that it is a good thing to log your food for the day, helps keep you on track, you can see what you are eating etc. Here is my confession... I hate doing it.
Ok maybe hate is a strong word, I am not committed to do it would be better. I want to, I start out with good intentions but then poof they are gone. I have done baby steps trying to just log in breakfast but even that didn't help.
So here is my plead.... what do you to get yourself to log your meals in everyday? What has worked for you? Looking for any and all ideas, I need to get myself motivated to do this everyday.
