So the first day of rammadan is over now.It was hard getting up at 1:45 in the middel of the night to preper breakfast,normali in my family it is fry up.But I preperd a healty breakfast with lot of wholgrain and bold eggs and they eat it,and now one complain if being hungry.And now we had eaten a healty versen of an Arabic dich calld maclube(up Sid down).In sided of deep frying I tok the time to bake the colliflower,abergin and potato,and it went down like a treat.Well,I was surprise how quiq the day went even if I was craving for wather,and in this hot wether we are having at the minutes I was Sceard that I would not make it.And I think this year I will tray and consentraiting on getting a hand on my emoisional eating.My biggest problem and getting in to a rutin to listen to my body and getting in to the gym.
