Got up late after another bad night. I was awake until 2.30. But day went well. Ate healthily lots of veg and fruit and again fish. Noticed my movements are smoother, easier, not perfect but a lot of joint pain in knees and stiffness seems better. My mood is better too.
I haven't ate any processed sugar or cakes and I think this is helping to control my appetite.
I hope I get to sleep tonight and stay asleep.
