Late start

Got up late after another bad night. I was awake until 2.30. But day went well. Ate healthily lots of veg and fruit and again fish. Noticed my movements are smoother, easier, not perfect but a lot of joint pain in knees and stiffness seems better. My mood is better too.

I haven't ate any processed sugar or cakes and I think this is helping to control my appetite.

I hope I get to sleep tonight and stay asleep.

    Not being able to sleep or stay asleep is a real downer! Not only are you so tired but we hear all of these negative things about not sleeping. I wish someone could tell me what to do to help myself! I wish you the best of luck!

    I find when I avoid the processed sugars and carbs it helps control my appetite too.
