Feeling stronger, empowered and finally off to a good start!

I've struggled this last week getting this whole journey off to a good start.

I had a hard time with tracking my food because I had all my calories eaten too early in the day. I had to fight through and get creative. So, day before yesterday, I tracked all my food the night before last that I would eat yesterday. Guess what? It worked! I was able to stay within my calories.

My other struggle was walking. My husband kept having to slow down for me yesterday. But last night I went to the pool and tread water for about 20 minutes and this morning the walk that took me 40 minutes yesterday only took me 30 today!
