I've got a 3 night stretch coming, my first run of consecutive shifts since I started the new job. I've got a lot to do to prepare: Go to the store and get healthy food, get my scrubs straight, make sure the house is reasonably square so that nothing falls apart before Saturday morning.
I can use the Sparkpeople mobile app to track my food and the Fitbit app will automatically update my fitness. I'll be away from home for about 14 hours each day, which will leave me 8 for sleep and 2 hours to take care of whatever needs taking care of. I will probably not spend that time blogging or reading on the computer, lol! So if I'm MIA for a while, I haven't dropped off the face of the earth, just busy.
I have no idea what it's going to be like when I'm out of orientation and start the 7 on/7 off schedule they want me to take.
