I am tired

I am finally starting to get 7 hours of sleep a night. But lately my whole body has been really tired and sore. I feel like I have worked out really really hard and now my muscles ache and I am sore all over. My joints don't hurt or pop anymore like they use to because I started taking Glucosamine and Chondroitin supplements so that is nice. BUT I still can not shake this body tired feeling. My chiropractor tells me that he has never seen a person, who was not a body builder or athlete, with muscles as tight as mine. He suggested getting massages on a regular bases but I can't afford the money or time, even though the pampering would be great.

Anyone have any suggestions on how to relax muscles that doesn't cost a whole lot? Thanks

    My Chiro sells, "Myocalm" tablets that help relax muscles.

You can also give yourself a massage of sorts.

How about a warm bubble bath?

Do you have a Significant Other that can rub you down?

Also, there's Magnessium Oil you can rub on your muscles. Can be purchased at a health food store. While there, you can see what other things are available.

    Try looking up exercises or massages online and seeing if someone will help you....

Or maybe yoga, I've never tried it, but isn't it supposed to be relaxing and stretch your muscles?
