I am finally starting to get 7 hours of sleep a night. But lately my whole body has been really tired and sore. I feel like I have worked out really really hard and now my muscles ache and I am sore all over. My joints don't hurt or pop anymore like they use to because I started taking Glucosamine and Chondroitin supplements so that is nice. BUT I still can not shake this body tired feeling. My chiropractor tells me that he has never seen a person, who was not a body builder or athlete, with muscles as tight as mine. He suggested getting massages on a regular bases but I can't afford the money or time, even though the pampering would be great.
Anyone have any suggestions on how to relax muscles that doesn't cost a whole lot? Thanks
