So for the past two months I have really fallen off the wagon. I think the wagon may have run me over along the way. I have gained back ten pounds, eaten horribly, and haven't worked out once. So here we go again, another awesome attempt to get back on the wagon. I know I can do it, but I have more excuses that I know what to do with. Between school and working 50+ hours a week I am exhausted. I know I am exhausted from not exercising or eating healthy. I hate this endless cycle. Someone may need to smack me around a few times to get me back on track. I am going to start back up slowly. This week I have done good with eating healthy, and then slowly work back up to being able to do Insanity again. I have Rugged Maniac coming up in a few months and I want to make a goal of losing 15lbs (10lbs I've gained plus 5lbs) before I go to the BigSoCal Euro Car show in September. That gives me plenty of time to get back into the groove and not relapse back. I have to beat this inner fat girl up!
