Every summer it seems I get back on here to try to refocus on my health. Not that I don't all year, just it seems I have more time in the summer to make it a priority. I am at my heaviest right now and I'm starting to feel motivated to kick it up a notch. I've run a couple 5ks since last summer so I'm feeling better about my cardio endurance. Mind you, running means mostly running with some walking here and there. My goal is to run the full 5k the next race I do. Can't believe I'm into running...my early 20s self would never have believed it!
