Combination 2 - Compression Short and Compression Shirt

Wednesday, July 10, 2013

Today I went with Compression Shirt under the impact bra, and compression short under my shorter breezy shorts.

This is a good one if I were doing strength. I missed the support of the belt, but I still didn't produce any flopping noises. I found that the belt helps me keep my posture better. I felt my self slouching while I was running today.

I did 15 minutes of intervals of 3.5 and 4.9 mph with a 2.0 incline on the 4.9 parts. My calves started to tense up so I stopped and stretched. I followed with 20 minutes of abs and chest.

I don't think I could have done the crunches with the waist trimmer belt on, but I like the compression shorts SO Much. They allow me to wear my shorter shorts, but also don't let me accidentally flash anyone on the deadlifts and squats.

The compression shirt I like because it's another layer that gets sweat, so once it's soaked, I have a back up of the overshirt. Normally I soak the shirt, then I'm just a soaked sweaty mess. I feel less damp with the 2nd shirt on.

Talking to one of my favs on SP, EElS4PEELs, I'm debating going meatless for the majority of my diet. Primal certainly didn't work for me - Counting carbs and all that dumb stuff. I know I'm going to have to be careful if I go vegetarian because I'll be tempted to compensate with cheese.

Dairy wasn't a problem for me when I was a vegetarian. Pasta was the problem (like it is today). So be careful with the pasta if you go vegetarian. I definitely felt better being a vegetarian tho. I want to go vegetarian again but I don't want to deal with other people's opinions like the last time. They were against the idea of me being a vegetarian.
