i have been on sp since jan 2013. i tried to stick to my calories ,exercise atleast 10 minutes a day but there was no results..
Today i am finally glad to say i have lost 2.5kg which translates into 5.5 lbs...
i cannot tell u how glad i am.
But must say i am little anxious too..
i find myself worrying on questions like "what if it slows down now", what if i dont lose anymore..
i am trying my best to keep my head up and not get anxious.
Just wanted to put it out there n get over it...
oh yeah what i have been doing is track my calories well, and for exercise am doing zumba.have taken up the 28days zumba challenge.as i just recuperated from respiratory tract infection,sticking to 30minutes a day for now...shall step it up slowly...
