Finally getting results!!

hey

i have been on sp since jan 2013. i tried to stick to my calories ,exercise atleast 10 minutes a day but there was no results..

Today i am finally glad to say i have lost 2.5kg which translates into 5.5 lbs...
i cannot tell u how glad i am.
But must say i am little anxious too..
i find myself worrying on questions like "what if it slows down now", what if i dont lose anymore..
oh god!!
i am trying my best to keep my head up and not get anxious.
Just wanted to put it out there n get over it...

oh yeah what i have been doing is track my calories well, and for exercise am doing zumba.have taken up the 28days zumba challenge.as i just recuperated from respiratory tract infection,sticking to 30minutes a day for now...shall step it up slowly...
keeping my fingers crossed!!!!

Working yourself into a frenzy with the number on the emoticon
may end up doing more harm than good. If you make it all about the numbers, you will set yourself up for a lot of unnecessary stress and frustration. emoticon

Make this a lifestyle change. Don't focus on losing weight (As it is, your weight fluctuates up to 2 lbs within a 24-hour period.)...focus on being healthy. emoticon Don't focus on the skinny....Do focus on the healthy. emoticon

Keep in mind that there will be times of little to no weight loss. During these times, think about how you feel mentally to keep you going.
