so i was supposed to just do strength training today, but since I only did half a run and strength training yesterday, I figured I would do the other half today. So i did it, and then I went downstairs and know what? Finish up for an extra 1.75 to really get on track again! So I did it. I did another 1.75 and felt a lot better about it! My pace was a little lacking, but it's ok because I knocked it out anyways.

I probably would have done more but I didn't have headphones and found it really hard to concentrate!
