Day 101 - Weight Loss is Now a Bonus!

Last year May, I weigh exactly as I do now. So, in one year, I gained 18 lbs. This was due to full time schooling, internship, reading and writing papers, tests and exams to study for, and working my job. I had no time for me or for my health. I ate poorly and it showed a year later when I gained these 18 pounds.
I am fitting in my old clothes of last summer...so I didn't expect my husband to notice my 18 pound weight loss...However, I do expect him to notice something after I lose at least 10 more pounds! (Yes, he is in the dark with my weight loss...he is my saboteur...however, he is aware of my walking goal.)
I am on a roll and want to continue with this journey and lose more weight! So anything I lose is now a bonus! Woo-hoo!
So, here is another 100 days ahead of me to blog my thoughts, record my successes, and keep walking! Got to make it to Key West, Florida as my virtual walking goal!
Other goals to accomplish within 100 days...
1. have a new job in my career!
2. be in a size 12/14
3. start strength training
4. possibly join a gym (it may be too cold after 100 days from now to walk outdoors)
5. Continued successes on Sparkpeople with my Sparkfriends
