I'm doing pretty well actually. Monday went OK, stayed under 1400 calories and wrestled with hunger but stuck to the plan.
Tuesday, did better, stuck to the plan then KAdy came in with ice cream and she brought me a small scoop of sinless raspberry sorbet. I could have put it in the frezer for today and I did consider that but then I chose to eat it. I was still within my food range but it did put me over my 1400 goal I set for myself but not by much so I'm OK with that.
I walked Monday night and I was sooooo slow and everything hurt. Frank had to keep stopping and waiting for me but Stitchy and I were being granny's together and we just went at our pace. I realize I need to work back up to where I was since I have barely walked in a month. I get a bit frustrated because while I know it will take some time, I feel like a dork walking 10 paces behind my husband. He is 6'3 and I am 5'5 so even on a good day, he out paces me with his long strides but on a slow day, its really bad. Every time he stops to wait for me, I want to throw rocks at him...lol.
Every night, I plan put my food for the next day and it really helps having it in my tracker already. I know what I'm going to eat and it keeps me on track.
So I'm doing OK guys. Tomorrow is my weigh in day.
