No sit challenge day 1

I did an awesome job sitting less:)
Got the standing desk up and running. I put a tray on top of my desk that the keyboard and mouse fit in. It hangs over the edge just a touch so I am going to ask my hubby for some extra help with it so it is perfect.

Today looking good so far:
14 mile spin
.12 mile swim
hammer curls
bicep curls
pull ups
box jumps
battle ropes
sandbell slams
single arm squat thrusts
rower
Off to get the pups out before it storms!
1360.50 miles for the year!

    Awesome workout. I'll have to try those 1 arm squat thrusters. Oh wait, maybe stability with a one arm kettlebell walk would help, arms wobble a bit! lol
