So I weighed myself again this morning just to see if there is a difference. There was a 2 lb difference from yesterday. The catch is eating all the right things and exercising. I know from experience you can't sit your butt on the couch and expect to lose fat, not just weight. You have to do more than just eat the right things, exercise to. I take Kempo karate and go to the gym, so I am getting exercise, but I wasn't really losing, but that is because I wasn't really paying attention to what I was eating. Now that I am in just a day there is a weight difference. I will be shopping at Whole Foods in a few weeks I plan I getting more healthy stuff. I also bought the stuff to make my gutter planters. Bought spinach, kale, and chard seeds, after all they can be grow pretty much anytime. I also bought some dwarf carrots, we will see how that goes.
