I'm off to my doctor appts. It will be nice when I don't have to go monthly. I've been working on balance & organization in my life. I didn't think it would be this challenging. I'm addicted to exercise to the point it is interfering with my sleep. I'm working on organization so I can schedule a cutoff time for exercise and be at peace with what I accomplished for the day to ensure at least 7 hours of sleep.

It's incredible because I used to come home from work and fall asleep because I was exhausted. Now, I have all this energy. The exercise has done wonders with my stress. But, with all things comes balance.

    I can think of worse addictions than exercise! LOL I am the worse sleeper and get up several times a night grrrrrr. Good luck with finding the right balance.

    Try and make sure you get your 7 hours. This Spark thing is certainly a lifestyle change, isn't it....
